OID & compliance
Coordinators are told to verify their course providers. Good. Here is everything you need to verify us, on one page.
| Legal name | IMPULSAX DIGITAL SL |
|---|---|
| Country of establishment | Spain — courses take place in Spain, as the Programme Guide requires for the host country |
| Erasmus+ OID | Registration in progress in the EU Organisation Registration system — the OID is published here the day it is issued. Until then, do not accept any OID quoted to you by email on our behalf. |
| Official profile | European School Education Platform organisation page — being set up |
| Role | Host organisation / course provider under Key Action 1 |
| Quality framework | Erasmus+ Quality Standards for courses under Key Action 1 — every session page publishes the full pre-enrolment information the Standards require |
How to verify a course provider (any provider, not just us)
- Ask for the OID and look it up in the Organisation Registration system: the legal name and country must match the invoice you will receive.
- Open the provider's organisation page on the European School Education Platform: it should show the same OID, address and website.
- Check that the published fee is the 80 EUR/day unit cost and that programme, dates and trainers are public before you sign anything.
What we will never sell
We do not write grant applications for beneficiaries. Not as a service, not as a favour, not “just this once”.
When your organisation signs its Erasmus+ application, it declares that no external party was paid to draft it. Breaking that declaration is grounds for exclusion, repayment of funds and loss of accreditation — for you, our customer. A provider that offers to “help with the application” is transferring that risk onto your school.
What we do instead: our courses and guides teach coordinators to design, write and manage their own projects — competence stays in your organisation, and your declaration stays true.
Pricing commitment
Our course fee is 80 EUR per participant per day — exactly the unit cost the Programme funds for courses and training. Optional services (accommodation, transfers, extra visits) are always priced separately and never bundled.
