What does your grant actually cover?
Pick your country, course length and group size. Every number below is an official Erasmus+ unit cost from the Programme Guide — this is the same arithmetic your grant agreement uses.
Individual support: destination Spain is country group 2 (95–169 EUR/day base, days 1–14; 70% from day 15). Each national agency fixes the exact daily amount within that range and publishes it on its website — we show 110 EUR as a typical example — but for countries where we've verified the agency's published rate, the calculator uses the real number automatically. Travel band is estimated from your capital; the official band uses the EC distance calculator from your actual location. Inclusion support (125 EUR/participant with fewer opportunities) not included in the totals.
How to read the result
The grant has separate envelopes. The course fee envelope (80 EUR × course days) exists precisely to pay the course provider — our fee equals it by design. Individual support belongs to the participant's costs (accommodation, meals) and travel to getting there. Organisational support (100 EUR per participant) stays with your organisation for preparation and follow-up.
Planning a group? Remember the composition rules: max 3 participants from one sending organisation per session, 10 from one mobility consortium.
