Europass Mobility — annotated template

Every field of the document, marked with SENDING or HOST so nobody wonders whose job it is. Companion to our Europass Mobility guide.

1 · The holder

SENDING Name, first name, date of birth, nationality — from the participant's ID, exactly.

2 · The sending partner

SENDING Organisation name, address; reference person / mentor — usually the Erasmus+ coordinator — with email.

3 · The host partner

HOST Organisation name, country, address; reference person with direct email. A serious provider fills this before you ask, with its OID.

4 · The mobility experience

HOST Objective, initiative (Erasmus+ KA1), duration with exact dates. The description of activities should mirror the published course programme day by day — if it can't, ask why.

5 · Skills and competences acquired

HOST drafts from the course's learning outcomes; SENDING countersigns.
A well-written entry looks like this:

«Designed a complete staff mobility plan for their organisation, including a needs analysis, two measurable objectives and a budget using official Erasmus+ unit costs. Evaluated course providers against the KA1 Quality Standards using a structured checklist. Collaborated in English in an international working group of teachers from 5 countries.»

Observable verbs, concrete outputs, the international dimension stated. Not: «improved professional skills and learned about European projects».

Signatures

SENDING + HOST — both parts, with dates. Best practice: signed on the last day of the course, not chased by email afterwards.

Registration of the document follows your National Europass Centre's procedure — your national agency links to it. · Compiled by ErasmusHost — erasmushost.com/downloads/europass-mobility-template/
