Frequent questions
Is 152 € a day the same for every school in Belgium?
It is the figure EPOS (Flanders) publishes for staff going to Spain (destination group 2) under undated document. It applies to days 1–14; from day 15 it drops to 106 €. Rates can change with each call, so confirm on the agency's website before you budget.
Why is it different from the Programme Guide?
The Programme Guide only sets a range for each destination group (95–169 € a day for group 2). Each national agency picks its exact figure inside that range.
Do travel days count?
Yes. Up to 2 travel days are added to the supported days, or up to 6 if the participant chooses green travel.
How is the travel amount calculated?
By distance band, measured with the European Commission distance calculator from the place of origin to the venue. The band in our example is indicative, measured from the capital.
